By far the best way to achieve results

The selection on the French Riviera is vast. Demand is also high from many different parts of the world.
What is the best way to achieve the best possible result when buying a property?
It’s not easy to sit in Sweden and look for a home on the Riviera,
but neither is it intended that private individuals should have to search on their own through a jungle of offers
before a trip there becomes a reality.

In France, it’s a very good idea to hire only one skilled real estate agent whom you trust and who is tasked with acting on the buyer’s behalf. This agent will then search for a property on your behalf. If you don’t buy anything, you pay nothing. If you do buy, the buyer’s and seller’s agents split the commission.
In larger cities, real estate agents share a very extensive database that you, as a buyer, do not have access to. If you have provided detailed specifications, you can receive many good suggestions from there, tailored to your requirements.
Of course, as a buyer, you can search online yourself. If you find something interesting, ask your real estate agent to contact the “listing agent” to verify the property’s status (is it still for sale?, its location, features, etc.)
The agent you’ve hired can even visit the property, take photos, film it, etc.
After a number of joint visits, a decision is made to purchase a property
Eventually, a deal may also be reached. Both agents are then present, take joint responsibility, and split the commission.
